ESTEY, LEWIS R. - of Jacksonville, passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, in Fredericton, on Monday, June 29, 2009, at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife Etta Estey, and two daughters; Darla (Mark) Grant, of Jacksonville, and Tressa (Brent) Fowler of Carlisle, NB; his brother Elwood Estey (Shirley) of Waterville; sister Avis Burpee of Jacksonville, and sister-in-law Dorothy Estey; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Lewis is predeceased by his parents Ralph and Rena (Brewer) Estey, and brother Gerald Estey. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Thursday, July 2, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm from the Scott Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Luff officiating. Interment will be in the Upper Jacksonville Cemetery. www.scottfh.com
