DUNCAN, ANNIE ELIZABETH (FARREN) - The death of Annie Elizabeth (Farren) Duncan, loving Wife of the late Donald Duncan, occurred on Thursday, July 2nd, 2009 at Saint Joseph's Hospital. Annie was born in 1927 in Springhill, NS. Annie enjoyed music and Thursday afternoon bowling at Fairview Plaza. Survived by her children Theresa Smith (Donald), Arlene Brunbrage (Ernie), Clayton Farren (Debbie),Rick Farren (Debbie), Doug Farren (Gloria), John Farren (Maryann), Gary Verhille, Elaine; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Annie was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Saturday and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 6th, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery.
