HAZEL ISOBEL BEAMER
BEAMER, HAZEL ISOBEL - Passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, August 31, 2009. Born in Randolph, N.B. she was the daughter of the late George Patrick and May Sarah Genevieve (Armstrong) Wallace. Wife of the late Sydney John Beamer. In her younger years Hazel was a member of the Air Force for several years. She was a librarian with Double Day in Toronto for over 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and her afternoon Tea with the ladies. She is survived by her sisters, Norma (Charles) Nichols, Baywater; Carol Ball, Saint John; Debra (Brian) Campbell, Hardings Point; Jane Murchison, Hardings Point; brothers, George (Shirley), Saint John; Michael (Cyndi), Nerepis; William (Judy), Grand Bay - Westfield; many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, Sydney and parents she was predeceased by her sisters, Diane White and Ann LeBlanc; brother, Eugene (Red) and brother-In-Laws, Norman Ball and Ernest Murchison. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John West, (634-1701) visitation will be on Thursday, September 3, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be at 10 a.m on Friday, September 4, 2009 from St. Matthews Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will take Place at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Grand Bay - Westfield. Interment to follow in Harding's Point Cemetery, Harding's Point. Donations, in memory of Hazel, may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Refreshments will be served at Jane Murchison's home after the interment.
