LINDSAY, DAVID CHARLES (1959 - 2009) - BATHURST: David Lindsay of St. Anne Street passed away at his residence on Sept. 2nd, 2009 at the age of 49. He was the son of (late) Borden Lindsay and (late) Mina (Jogoe) Lindsay Graham. He is survived by one sister, Phyllis Lindsay Roy of Dunlop; one brother, Blair Lindsay of Bathurst; his nephews and Nieces, Ricky (Michelle), Kentville, NS; Craig, Bathurst; Haley, Bathurst; Predeceased by two brothers, Stuart and Robert. David worked at Consolidated Bathurst/Smurfit Stone Paper mill as a pipefitter for 20 years. he also worked in Prince George, BC for a short period of time. David liked the outdoors and for many years he could often be seen biking or walking. He was also an avid reader and could regularly be found reading newspapers to keep abreast of world news. There will be no visitation at funeral home. Funeral service will be held at First United Church, St. Patrick St, Bathurst on Sunday, Sept. 6th, 2009 at 2 pm. Family will receive condolences following funeral service. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the First United Church Fund or a charity of your choice.
