BROWN, HELEN JANICE - Passed away on September 9th, 2009 in Saint John, NB. Born on November 18th, 1919 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Jessie Brown. Helen graduated with a masters degree from Queen's University in Kingston, ON, and worked in Ottawa for a time before returning home to work at the Micro Biology Lab in the Saint John Regional Hospital. Helen was an avid reader of mysteries, enjoyed the New Brunswick Symphony, traveling and was a long standing member of the Saint John Naturalist Club. In keeping with Helen's wishes, there will be no visitation. There will be a private graveside service at Fernhill Cemetery on Monday, September 14th, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
