CONNOLLY, ESTELLE ENID - At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, September 10, 2009 of Estelle Connolly (nee McKenna) of Charlottetown and formerly of Sussex, NB, and Orwell, PEI, age 88 Yrs. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Connolly and loving mother of Jaime (Susan), Carleen and Michael Connolly and Mary Elizabeth Powell (Larry). Estelle is also survived by her grandchildren, Blake and Brooke Connolly and Megan, Ryan and Dylan Powell; sisters, Marie O'Brien (Martin - deceased) Rita Williams (Bob - deceased), Ann Rogers (Frank - deceased), Elva MacPherson (Stewart - deceased), Noreen Bourque (Paul), and Rose Hutchinson (Vincent); brothers, Eugene McKenna (Rose) and Gavan McKenna (Helen); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Owen and Mary (nee Mooney) McKenna; sisters, Eileen McKenna, and Kathleen Kavanagh (Bill - deceased) and brothers, Arthur McKenna (Catherine) and Merrill McKenna. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Sunday, September 13, 6-9 P.M. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 14 at St. Joachim's Church, Vernon River, at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow in the family plot at St. Lawrence O'Toole Cemetery, Green Meadows. CWL will hold a prayer service at the funeral home Sunday evening at 5:30 P.M.
