KIERSTEAD, YVONNE - Mrs. Yvonne Kierstead of Sussex passed away on October 5, 2009 at the age of 81. She was the daughter of the late Frans and Delphina Beirens and the wife of the late Everett Kierstead who passed away in 1977. Yvonne is survived by her daughters, Nancy Cummings of Sussex and Leah LeBouthillier of Sussex Corner; her brother, André Beirens (Rose); three grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Yvonne is predeceased by her sister, Maria VanPeer. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8. A Celebration of Yvonne's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Coles Island Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com
