SPRAGG, PHYLLIS MURIEL - passed away on Friday October 9, 2009 at the Kiwanis Nursing Home, Sussex. Born May 12, 1914 in Fredericton to the late James Robert and Matilda Anne (Laskey) Neilson. She was predeceased by her husband John H. Spragg, her brother Clyde A. Neilson and her sisters Margaret Maxwell and Joyce Hunter. She is survived by her daughter M. Janet Nice (Hiram) and her son James M. Spragg (Colleen), three grandchildren John J. Nice (Sheila), Amanda Spragg and Allyson Spragg; two great grandsons John Karl Nice and Nathan Nice; many nieces and nephews. By request there will be no visitations. A memorial service will be held at Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the M.S. Society or Saint John School Milk Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
