MUNROE, MARJORIE EVELYN - The death of Marjorie Evelyn Munroe occurred on Thursday October 15, 2009 at The Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1929 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Leveal and Blanche (Tebo) Munroe. She is survived by her son Richard (Marjorie) Munroe, sister-in-law Shirley Munroe and brother Joseph Munroe (Janine) all of Saint John; sisters Blanche Amero and Mary Chaisson both of Saint John; one grandchild Ashley Hayward; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brothers Ralph and George Munroe and her sister Rita Dunphy. Resting at Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424) where visitations will be held on Friday October 16, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday October 17, 2009 at 2 p.m. Following cremation, interment will be held at Fernhill Cemetery on Monday October 19, 2009 at 2 p.m. Donations in memory of Marjorie may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
