CUNNINGHAM, MELVIN - Mr. Melvin Cunningham of Pleasant Ave. Sussex passed away on October 17th, 2009 at the age of 70. He is the son of the late Leslie and Gertrude (McKenzie) Cunningham. He is survived by his wife Anne; his daughter, Joan Brehaut (Mike) of Sussex; his son, Jerry Cunningham (Deryck Glodon- Cunningham) of Ontario; four grandchildren; a great grand son; two sisters, Myrna Cunningham of Sussex and Lorna Griffith of Quispamsis; his brother, Donald Cunningham of Sussex; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mel was pre- deceased by his sister, Joan Harrop and by his brother-in-law, Jim Griffith. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Mel's life will be held at Pioneer Cemetery on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 2:00pm.
