ROGERS, DAVE W. - 1926-2009 - The death of David William Rogers, of Fielding, NB, occurred at his home on October 19th, 2009. Born on April 23, 1926, he was the son of the late Fraser and Mary Rogers and husband to Helen (Jensen) Rogers. Dave is survived by his wife, Helen; children, Lawrence (Elaine), Drake (Trudi), Chris (Teresa) and Roger (Kim) Rogers; grandchildren, Jason (Christie) Rogers, David (Kristine) Rogers, Beth (Josh) Cobb, Nicole Rogers, Victoria (Troy) Hutt, Rebecca Rogers, Alicia (Rohan) Cherian, Tyson (Rachel) Rogers, Logan Rogers, Chloe Rogers, and Carlie Rogers; great-grandchildren, Isabella Rogers, Judah Cobb, Brayden Stone, Thane Hutt, Seth Hutt, Claire Elsie Hutt, Lauryn McIssac and Gracyn Ameya McIssac; siblings, Lee (Sue) Rogers and Elsie Estabrooks. He was predeceased by his parents and brother-in-law, Russell Estabrooks. Visitation was held from the Trinity Wesleyan Church in Bristol on Tuesday, October 20th, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, October 21st, 2009 at 2:00 pm from the Trinity Wesleyan Church. Pastors Mel Norton and Graham Perry will be officiating. Interment will take place in the Fielding Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Fielding Free Will Baptist Church following the interment.
