BROWN, KATHLEEN MARY - passed away peacefully on October 29, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1930 in Carsonville, NB she was the daughter of the late James and Elsie (Walls) Stevens. She is survived by her children Steven (Theresa) of Saint John, Malcolm (Monica) of St Martins, Shane (Karen) of Saint John, Peter (Vicki) of Saint John and Elsa Thompson (Robert) of Baxters Corner; 10 grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers Earl Stevens (Evelyn) of Moncton, Leslie Stevens (Helen) of Nova Scotia, Verner Stevens (Jacqueline) of Vancouver and Donald Stevens (Donna) of Carsonville; sisters Lucy Lisson (the late Gregrory Lisson) of Saint John and Mildred Matthews (Russell) of Carsonville; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Robert Brown in 1995; brother Sydney Stevens, sister Betty Carhart and granddaughter Christine Brown. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Sunday November 1, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Ann's Catholic Church on Monday November 2, 2009 at 11am.
