GALLAGHER, JOAN AUDREY - At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB on October 30, 2009, Mrs. Joan Audrey (Lefevre) Gallagher, wife of Mr. Stephen A. Gallagher of L'Etang, NB. Born at Toronto, ON on October 26, 1933, she was a daughter of the late John and Doris (Barlow) Lefevre. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, in addition to her husband Stephen, she is survived by one son, Kevin S. Gallagher of L'Etang; three grandchildren, Ryan Gallagher of L'Etang, Julie Gallagher of Grand Prairie, AB and Jennifer Gallagher of Fredericton, NB; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Joan was a very private person who loved her family. In her quiet time she liked to knit. By Joan's request there will be no visitation. A memorial Service will be held at the St. George Funeral Home & Crematorium (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB from the Gary E. Waycott Memorial Chapel on Monday at 2 pm with Rev. Lorne MacLeod officiating. In Joan's memory, donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society, The Diabetes Association or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
