COLWELL, MURRAY LLOYD - The death of Murray (Moe) Colwell occurred suddenly at his home in Ottawa, ON on Nov. 9, 2009. Born in Saint John on Nov. 19, 1933, he was the son of the late Cecil and Alberta (Gallbraith) Colwell. Murray was a supply technician with the R.C.A.F. and later continued in that position as a civilian. He is survived by two sons, Corey and Kenton; one daughter, Jannine (Frank) Gaudin; several grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of Ottawa. Also survived by three brothers, Robert (Phyllis) and Cecil of Saint John and Kenneth (Carlotta) of Oak Bay; three sisters, Doris Hatfield and Laureen Colwell of Fredericton and Norma Cairns of Edmonton. Murray was predeceased by his wife Glenna (Astles) and one brother, Donald. Arrangements are in the care of Tubmans Funeral Home of Ottawa.
