O'BLENIS, JOY DEIDRE (SHELLEY) - passed away after a battle with cancer on Wednesday November 18, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Montreal on July 8, 1936 and moved to Darlings Island, NB in 1970 then to Quispamsis, NB where she spent the remainder of her years. Gone to be with her parents Irene and Josiah (Joe) Shelley, 1983 & 1992, her brother Donald Shelley 2004 and grandson Matthew Greer 2005. Survived by her three daughters, Joanne Dore, (Montreal), grandchildren Tara & Ryan, great grandchildren Emma, Konner and Evan; Tracy (Tom) Greer (Grand Bay-Westfield), grandchildren Katlyn and Michael; Holly (Todd) DeWolf (Dartmouth, NS), grandchildren Reagan and Hannah. Randy, Sheri and Kim you are always in my heart. "To my loving family and friends the love never dies. We are only a thought and a memory apart. I am at peace now." A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church in Rothesay, NB on Friday November 20, 2009 at 2:00 pm. A reception will be held in the church hall.
