LYON, DAVID MURRAY - The death of David Murray Lyon of Saint John, NB occurred on November 22, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Saint John on April 14, 1947 a son of the late Murray and Sybil Lyon. David was a pilot for Air Canada for thirty-four years and enjoyed all things related to aviation and he, as a senior member of RKYC, was an avid sailor. He is survived by his wife, Faye Smith; his son, Christopher Lyon of Rothesay; his daughters, Andrea Boehm (Curtis) of Drumheller, AB and Emily Arsenault (George) of Greenwood, NS; and his granddaughter, Kara Boehm. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at 2:30 pm. Interment will be in Fernhill Cemetery.
