Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, July 30, 2008, Alice Foley, age 80 years of St. Bride's, Placentia Bay. She is predeceased by her husband Robert; infant son Randell; parents, Mary Bridget McGrath and Peter Follett; her sister Evelyn and brother James; and the deceased members of the Tremblett family. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Eric (Pauline), Madonna Ledwell (Calvin), Calvin (Evelyn and her children Nicholas, Angela and Victoria), Delores (Terry Williams) and Beverly King (Frank); her precious grandchildren: Christopher, Cassandra and Jenina King, and Kimberly Ledwell; her sisters: Nellie McGrath (Ambrose) and Annie (Dave Duncan); also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Sacred Heart Church, St. Bride's. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Bride's.
