STUART, ARTHUR ALLISON - The death of Arthur Allison Stuart, loving husband of Elizabeth (Holmes) Stuart, occurred peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1938 in Pennfield, NB he was the son of the late Frederick and Blanche (Munro) Stuart. Allison worked as a lighthouse keeper, and was very active in his church. In addition to his loving wife Elizabeth of 52 years, he is survived by his sister Gwendolyn McGee of St. George and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Clifford Allan Stuart. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Friday, December 11, 2009 from 3 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 11 am, with Rev. George Howe officiating.
