ORSER, AUBREY EDWARD (TEDDY) - Passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at the Orchard View Nursing Home. Born in Hartland, Carleton County on September 20, 1920. He was the son of the late Albert and Elsie Orser. He was a member of the NB Horseshoe League and retired from Sears Canada. He was a fan of space exploration and NASA. He survived by his son Brian (Cherie), of Saint John West; daughters, Elaine, Karen and Sharon, all of Saint John; sister, Carrie McNulty, of Hartland, NB; six grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Andrew, Eric, Martin and Dana and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Gloria; son, Eric; brothers, Chester, Forest, Garfield, Lord, Robert and Charles and sister, Catherine. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John West (634-1701) visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2009 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 2:00 pm from Castle Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens on Wednesday. Donations, in memory of Teddy, may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
