GAUTREAU, NORMAN - The death of Norman John Gautreau, loving husband to Audrey (Desroches) occurred on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at The Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1927 in Tracadie NB, he was the son of the late Roch and Louise (Brideau) Gautreau. Norman worked for many years in retail furniture sales with Holtzmans and Clearview; later in life Norman held a license with the New Brunswick Real Estate Board. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children David (Paula); twins Leonard Gautreau, Lynn (Walter) Patterson; Todd Gautreau, all of Saint John; a brother Ronald and sister Yolanda Robichaud; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Norman was predeceased by an infant daughter Tracey and several brothers and a sister. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Thursday February 18, 2010, 7 to 9 pm. Funeral, service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
