Jean Trowbridge OTTAWA, ON - Died in Ottawa on December 10, 2001. Daughter of the late Joseph and Jane Trowbridge of Chatham, New Brunswick. Survived by a sister, Doris (McKinnon) and a brother, Jack; also several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters. A private funeral was held in Ottawa. Jean joined the Canadian Foreign Service in 1957 and served abroad in Washington, DC, Moscow, USSR, Vientane, Laos, United Nations, New York, Canberra, Australia, London, England, Consulate-General, New York; as well as various times at headquarters in Ottawa. She retired in 1988.
