Mario Salvatore Parks, 45, Townsend Street, Sydney, passed away at home on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009.
Born in North Sydney, he was a son of Michael and Margaret (Pino) Parks.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara (Scott); stepdaughter, Jennifer; sisters, Linda, Burlington, Ont. and Carolyn, Sydney; brothers, Edward and Joseph, North Sydney, Chris, Leitches Creek, John, Georges River and Kevin, Cambridge, Ont.; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mario was predeceased by his grandparents, Michael and Marie Jeanette Parks.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, North Sydney, on Thursday at 10 a.m., with Rev. Jake Andrea officiating.
