Suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Sunday, February 15, 2009, of Philip George Milligan Jr. of Grafton Street House, Charlottetown, age 41. Born on January 2, 1968, in Bangor, Maine, chosen son of Philip “Tippy” Milligan, Milligans Wharf, Poplar Grove, and Margaret (Blanchard) Mernicki, St. Stephen, N.B. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 p.m. and Wednesday until 10 a.m. and then to St. Brigid’s Church, Foxley River, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the spring in the parish cemetery.
