Suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown on Sunday, February 15, 2009 of Philip George Milligan Jr. of Grafton Street House, Charlottetown aged 41. Born on January 2, 1968 in Bangor Maine, chosen son of Philip ‘Tippy” Milligan, Milligans Wharf, Poplar Grove and Margaret (Blanchard) Mernicki, St Stephen, N.B. Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 p.m. and Wednesday until 10 a.m. and then to St Brigid’s Church, Foxley River for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the spring in the Parish Cemetery. Memorials to The Canadian Mental Health or The IWK would be greatly appreciated.
