Manford Thomas Hueston 1912 - 2002 Manford Thomas Hueston, of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday evening, May 7, 2002 in his 90th year. Born in Point Wolfe NB, on June 8, 1912, he was the son of the late William and Edith (Butland) Hueston. He was a veteran of World War II having served with the North Shore Regiment in: Holland, Belgium, Germany and France. He was a retired employee of The Canadian National Railway as a crane operator. His family church was the Lower Coverdale United Baptist Church, and he was a member of the Masonic Lodge F&AM # 34, Hillsborough Legion #32, a founding member with over 87 years service with the Riverview Cross Country Ski Club, Former member of the Bridgedale Seniors Club, IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electical Workers) for 50 Years. He is survived by His wife Pauline (Stewart) Hueston; daughters, Shirley McEvoy , and Marlene Hueston both of Riverview; special niece Helen (Llewlyn)Thomas of Yarmouth NS; nephew Marvyn McKinley (Mabel) of Riverview; grandchildren, Richard (Sherry) McEvoy of Tantallon NS, and Danny (Andrea) McEvoy of Japan; foster grandchildren Michael of Ottawa, and MS of Riveriview; great granddaughter Avery McEvoy of Tantallon, NS and by several nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Beside by his parents, he was predeceased by sisters Ola Mc Kinley and Rena Hueston; and son-in-law Frank McEvoy. Resting at Riverview Funeral Home 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Thursday May 9, 2002 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Royal Canadian Legion Br# 32 will be holding a prayer service at the funeral home at 6:45pm, followed by a service by The Mason Lodge F&AM # 34 at 7:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 10, 2002 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gordon Horsman Officiating.Interment will be in Wilmot Memorial Cemetery.
