Elvina Vautour 1923-2002 ST. LOUIS DE KENT, NB - Elvina Vautour, 78, wife of the late Edmond Vautour of La Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent, passed away Friday, June 7, 2002. She was born in Cap St. Louis, daughter of the late Jacques Fontaine and Delima (Doucet) Fontaine and attended the St. Louis de Francais Roman Catholic Church at St. Louis de Kent. She is survived by four daughters, Marie Blanchard (Rheal), Alphonsine Kelly (Walter), Angella Gray (Ernest), Lise Maillet (Roy); five sons, Hubert (Bernice), Roger (Lucille), Ovila (Clairette), Edmond (Maria), Maxime (Michelle); three sisters, Alice Richard, Jeanna Arsenault, Delima Duplessis; four brothers, Arcade, Conrad, Euclide, Alcide;18 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters, Domine Arsenault, Emma Guimond; three brothers, Hubert, Jacques and Henri Fontaine. Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Saturday, 7 to 9pm, Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm, Monday from 9am until time of funeral. Funeral Mass at St. Louis de Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Monday, June 10, 2002 at 11am. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
