COLE, Major Esta Beulah–Passed peacefully away at Callingwood Downs Personal Care Residence, Clarkes Beach on Sunday, February 15, 2009, Major Esta Beulah Cole of South River, aged 99 years. Predeceased by parents Alfred and Eliza Cooper (nee Foote); sisters: Maude (Fred) Brushett, Millicent (Sam) Grandy, Rosella Cooper; brother Earl Cooper. Left to celebrate a life well lived her husband of 72 years Major Ross Cole; sons: Major Orville (Daphne), Oren (Glenda); daughters: Dona (Sherman) Stryde, Goldwyn (Clyde) Tilley; twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 p.m., 7-9 p.m., Wednesday 2-4 p.m., 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 2 p.m. from Salvation Army Citadel, Bay Roberts.
