FAHEY Lillian M. – of Carbonear, who passed away peacefully at her residence in Carbonear on Saturday, February 14, 2009. Mrs. Fahey was 88 years old. She leaves to mourn her loving family: Sons: Cyril (Rose) Fahey, Carbonear, NL, Kevin (Marian) Fahey, Carbonear, NL, Terry (Judy) Fahey, Carbonear, NL, Raymond Fahey, River Head, NL; Daughters: Idella McCarthy, Carbonear, NL, Sadie (Gord) Noseworthy, Toronto, ONT, Cecilia (Keith) Abbott, Carbonear, NL; Sisters: Isbelle Pike, Mary Moore, Cecillia (Mike) Connolly; Grandchildren: Nancy, Nanette, Paul (Kathleen), Barry (Stacey), Corrina, Charlene (Wade), Geoff (Shelly), Bobby, Bonnie (Winston), Juanita (Curtis), Tracey, Kevin, Kerri, Keith (Amanda), Jason, Deanne (Paul) and Terrilynn (Mike); fifteen Great-Grandchildren and a large number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by husband Edward Fahey; daughters: Margaret & Bernadette Fahey; parents: Patrick and Mary Stapleton; brothers: Joseph and Norman Stapleton. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Carbonear with interment at the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. The Family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME, POWELL DRIVE, CARBONEAR between the hours of 10:30 - 12 noon, 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.
