Rev. Dana H. Spence LITTLE SHEMOGUE, NB - The death of Rev. Dana Spence, age 79, of Little Shemogue and Williamsport, MD, occurred at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Monday, June 24, 2002. Born in Little Shemogue, he was a son of the late Walter and Annie (Robinson) Spence. A Pentecostal minister for 53 years he served with his wife Reta in USA and Canada having served 20 years in Westernport, Virginia. He is survived by a brother; Vincent (Olive), Moncton and three sisters; Zora Read, Murray Corner, Isla McGee, Sudbury, ON and Kathleen (Marshall) Hamilton, Murray Corner, numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife the former Reta Rooney in 1998. The remains are resting at the Jones Funeral Home, 3 W. Main Street, Port Elgin (364-1300) with visitation Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held Thursday, June 27, 2002 at the Timber River Pentecostal Church at 1:30 PM.
