Bertha Babin 1909-2002 ST. LOUIS DE KENT, NB - The passing of Bertha Babin of St. Louis de Kent occurred peacefully at her daughter's home in Fredericton, where she resided, on July 12, 2002. Born June 13, 1909 in St. Louis de Kent. She was the daughter of the late Laurent and Adeline (Barrieau) Vautour. She is survived by three sons, Reginald (Mildred), Hermel (Nancy), Bruno; two daughters, Violette (Normand), Blanche (Vincent); 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one sister, Rita Daigle (Alphonse). In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Jean Baptiste; a son George; an infant daughter Gilberte. Bertha devoted her life to her family and helping many people in her community as a nurse for many years. Funeral was held Monday, July 15, 2002.
