Serena Hudson 1914-2002 EAST BRANCH, NB - Serena Hudson, 88, widow of Bernard (1988), of East Branch, NB passed away at the Rexton Lion's Nursing Home, Saturday, August 24, 2002 after a brief illness. She was born on May 26, 1914 in South Branch, NB. She was the daughter of the late James and Anne (Markey) Brown. She attended the St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, South Branch & Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Rexton. She was a member of the C.W.L. Serena will be sadly missed by her three sons, George (Vivian) of East Branch, Rev. J. Edward Hudson of Toronto, On., Richard (Faye)of Richibutcto; a special neice, Betty (Vaughn) Wilson of Stoney Creek; seven grandchildren, Kim, Chris, Donna, Tina, Dianne, Todd and Trevor; one great grandchild, Sam; two sisters, Bessie Walsh (Earl) of Rexton; two brothers, Tommy Brown of St. Louis, Charles Brown of Virginia, U.S.A.; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Bernard (1988); one sister, Anne Murphy; four brothers, James, David, William, Edward and special niece Marie Welsh (1988).
