(nee Badcock) Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Friday, August 1, 2008. Lillian Noseworthy aged 88 years. Predeceased by husband: Alexander James Noseworthy (2001); sisters: Pheobe Gosse, Mary, Pearl Hayes and Nessie Smith; brothers: Augustus and John; brothers-in-law: Hector Gulliver, Ebenezer Gosse and Clarence Smith; and sister-in-law: Louise. Leaving to mourn are sons: Alex (Yvonne Pye), Mt. Pearl, Wayne (Ursula Parker), Manitoba, David (Patricia Jones), St. John's and Gary (Gladys' Vokey), Mt. Pearl; daughters: Elizabeth "Betty" Feltham (Lawrence), Glovertown and Yvonne, Mt. Pearl; thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, sisters: Audrey, St. John's, Stella (Roy Batten), Bareneed, NL, Dorothy (Bill Casey), Florida; brother: Everett (Shirley), Bay Roberts and brother-in-law: George Hayes as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held from Barrett's Chapel on Monday, August 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
