Lorraine J. Cormier Lorraine J. Cormier, 82, of Moncton, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Sunday, March 30, 2003, after a lengthy illness. Born in Moncton, daughter of the late Pierre and Adelina (Leblanc) Bourgeois. Lorraine was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who devoted her life to her family. She attended Paroisse Notre Dame de Grace. Lorraine will be sadly missed by her husband of over 61 years, Herve Cormier; daughters, Jeannine Simpson (Brian), Patricia Cormier, Rachelle Cormier, Calgary, AB; sons, Leonard (Louise), Pointe du Chene, Roger (Sharon) Ajax, ON, Rheal (Simone) Moncton; grandchildren, Neil Simpson (Linda), Renee Simpson, Michel, Micheline, Lise, Marc, Danielle, and Claudine Cormier; great grandchildren, Lauren and Mitch Simpson; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son, Michel (1964); sisters, Mabel, Dorilla, Marguerite, Doris. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, (858-1995), Tuesday 2-4,7-9. Funeral Mass at Paroisse Notre Dame de Grace, Wednesday, April 2, 2003, 10:30 am.
