Jacques Cormier
Jacques Cormier NOTRE-DAME, NB - Jacques Cormier, 75, of Notre-Dame, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born August 31, 1927 in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Jim Cormier, and Annie Fougère. He was employed with Lane's Bakeries prior to his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Regina (Caissie) Cormier; a daughter, Julia Boudreau (Gilles) of Irishtown; three sons, Georges of Notre-Dame, Yvon (Andréa) of Moncton, Réginald (Claudette) of Grande-Digue; four sisters, Marie Gautreau and Hélène Caissie (Robert) both of Moncton, Laura Gaudet and Annie Gaudet (Camille) both of Ayer, MA; a brother, Joseph (Myrtle) of Moncton; eight grandchildren, Justine, Gilbert, Guy, Linda, Michel, Krystal, Jacques, Maiya; three great-grandchildren, Kevin, Joey, Alex; several nieces, and nephews. He is predeceased by a sister, Thérèse; two brothers, Albénie, and Léo-Paul. Remains resting at Sacré-Coeur Church Slumber Room, Notre-Dame. Visiting hours Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:15 a.m. Friday April 4, 2003 at Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Church, Notre-Dame. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Frenette Funeral Home, Saint-Antoine (525-2855).
