Russell Crossman 1915 - 2003 Russell Crossman, 88, formerly of Steeves Mountain, NB passed away at K. E. Spencer Memorial Home on Sunday, April 6, 2003. Born in Steeves Mountain, NB. April 2, 1915, he was the son of the late John Wm. and Abigail (Steeves) Crossman. Russell was a farmer and construction worker, he was also employed by Little's General Store. He is survived by sister-in-law, Evelyn Crossman Colpitts of Salisbury, NB; niece, Bernice Hull of Goddard Road; nephews, Charles Crossman (Nadine) of Goddard Road, Richard Crossman (Sharon) of Wheaton Settlement and by grand, great and great great nieces and nephews. Russell was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Gurney Crossman in 1986. Visitation is at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, April 09, 2003 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Lloyd O'Blenis officiating. Interment will be in Steeves Mountain Cemetery in the spring.
