Lois Leffley The death of Lois Leffley, widow of the late George Leffley Jr., of Moncton occurred at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, April 15th 2003. Born in Newcastle Bridge, NB Lois was the daughter of the late Frank and Minnie (McMann) Bailey. She was a long-time member of Allison Baptist Church and of the W.M.S. at Allison. During her career as a school teacher, she taught in both Newcastle Bridge and later in Moncton and surrounding area, changing to a supply capacity after the birth of her son. Lois is survived by her only son, Terry Leffley (Kim) of Salisbury; two cherished granddaughters, Kristen and Holly; her brother, Harold Bailey (Eunice) of Newcastle Bridge; sisters, Greta Jones (Roy) and Lena Meade (Rev. Lawrence) both of Fredericton; an aunt, Agnes McGee of North Bay, Ont.; sisters-in-law, Clara Bailey (Robert) and Marie Bailey (Donald) as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. In addition to her parents and husband George Jr. she is predeceased by brothers, Robert and Donald Bailey and an infant brother, Hollie. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home (852-3530) 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton on Thursday, April 17th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th at 3 pm at Allison Baptist Church 1539 Salisbury Road with a reception to follow in the church Family Center.
