Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, August 5, 2008, in his 71st year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 44 years, Clara (nee Murray); daughter Trudy (Blair Wade); son Scott (Kim); grandchildren: Victoria, Samantha, Katelyn and Alex; brother Edward (Mildred); sisters: Nina (John Corey), Montreal, Helen Mair, Vancouver and Gertrude (Jim Lee); sister-in-law Sophia (Bruce Betton), Williams Lake; as well as many other relatives and friends. A special thank-you to the Doctors and Nurses of 4SA, HSC. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Wednesday from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, August 8 at 11 a.m. from St. Agnes Church, Pouch Cove. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Agnes' Church Memorial Fund.
