Sophie Hachey SHEDIAC, NB - Sophie Hachey, 89, wife of the late Yvon Hachey, of Providence Street, Shediac passed away Thursday, July 31, 2003 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born May 10, 1914 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Stanislas, and Eugénie (Belliveau) Cormier. She is survived by a niece, Bernice Cormier of Scoudouc, and seven nephews. Besides her husband, she's also predeceased by her sisters, Geneva, Lydia; brothers, Amedée, Philippe, and Aurèle. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 396 Main Street, Shediac (5323297). Visiting hours Sunday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m., Monday from 10a.m. until time of departure (10:50). The funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 4, 2003 at St-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery.
