Adrian Hicks SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Adrian Hicks, age 67, of Sackville occurred Tuesday, August 26, 2003. Born in Sackville, he was a son of the late Grover and Kathleen (Greene) Hicks. A painter and welder, he retired from Mount Allison University with 26 years of service. He was an active hunter, fisherman and gardener. Adrian will be sadly missed by his wife, the former Florence Sullivan, Sackville; a son, Jason (Barbara), Ladner, BC; two step-sons, Edward (Brenda) Atkinson, Dartmouth, and Timothy Atkinson, British Settlement; a stepdaughter, Sandra Atkinson, Edmonton, AB; two grandchildren, Shawn and Amy and two sisters, Gwen, Sackville and Mary, Gananoque, ON. He was predeceased by siblings, Elaine, Donald, Elmore, Alex, Thayer and Marguerite. The remains have been forwarded for cremation. The family will receive family and friends at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (3641300) Friday evening, August 29 from 7 to 9 pm.
