Wendell Francis 1960-2003 ELSIPOGTOG, NB - Wendell Francis, 43, of Elsipogtog, NB, passed away accidentally on Wednesday, September 10, 2003. Born in Elsipogtog, NB, he is a son of Michael Francis and Rhoda (Paul) Francis. He attended Ste. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. He is survived by a girlfriend, Verna Peters; mother, Rhoda; father, Michael; one son, Richard Neil; five sisters, Geraldine Sock, Tina Rebmen, Hazel Francis, Flora Francis and Susan Sappier; three brothers, Robert, Gordon and Maurice (Moe). Resting at his Father's Residence, Elsipogtog. The Funeral Mass will be held at Ste. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog, on Saturday, September 13, 2003 at 11 am.
