Gordon Bedford Stillman TIDNISH, NS - Gordon Bedford Stillman age 75 of Tidnish, Cumberland Co. passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Center, Upper Nappan surrounded by his family. Born in Cape Tormentine, N.B. he was a son of the late Oscar and Edith (Williams) Stillman.Gordon, was a hard worker, driving a truck, working in the woods and farming for many years. Prior to his retirement in 1996, he owned and operated Border Forestry in Fort Lawrence. He is survived by his wife the former Dorothy Bilben; three daughters, Tammy (Andrew) Cameron of Mississauga, Ont., Cindy (Barry) Burke of Amherst and Susan Stillman of Mass., USA; two sons, Christopher (Louise) Stillman of Maccan and Barry (Doris) Stillman of Kingston, ON., twin brother Harold (Buddy) "Tillie" Stillman of Point de Bute, N.B.; several grandchildren and one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Gordon was predeceased by one son David; brothers, Arthur, Randolph and sisters Ethel, Dorothy and Eudora. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. from Campbell's Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst with Rev. Donald Miller officiating.
