Meaghan Lynn Patterson 1985 - 2003 SACKVILLE, NB - It is with the deepest regret that the Patterson family announce the tragic loss of their third born, beloved daughter Meaghan, age 17, a student of Tantramar Regional High School. Born in North York, Ontario on December 18, 1985 she was the daughter of Bea and Bruce Patterson. Her recent passing occurred Saturday, September 20, 2003 as a result of a car accident on Highway #2 between Sackville and Amherst traveling East, while she was in the company of her four friends. No words can truly express how much sadness and loss the family will endure and our hearts and prayers go out to the other families who also lost their children in this tragic accident. Meaghan was the sunshine in our lives and touched all the family and friends that knew her. Although she is no longer with us in body, her spirit will never leave us. The family would like to send our sincerest thanks to all those friends and family who are offering their unending love and support during this difficult time. She is survived by her mother and father, Bea and Bruce Patterson; one brother, Neal Patterson; one sister, Miranda Patterson; grandparents, Paul and Marion and grandfather, Ronald; aunt Rhonda; uncle Doug and her cousins, Phillip and Kim. A time of fellowship and remembrance in celebration of Meaghan's life will be held at Campbell's Funeral, Sackville, N.B. on Monday, September 22, 2003 from 4 P.M. to 8P.M. The funeral service will be held in her hometown of Wheatley, Ontario. Monetary donations to support the families needs at this time will be gratefully accepted as well as donations to Sackville area charities.
