Cecil H. Upham Cecil H. Upham, 87, of Moncton passed away at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital on Wednesday September 24, 2003. Born in Petitcodiac, son of the Late James and Kate Louise (Killam) Upham. Cecil was a retired C.N.R. Wire Chief with over 48 years service, member of the C.N. Pensioners Association and the Morse Telegraph Operators Club. Cecil will be sadly missed by his son: Norman, Okanagan Falls, BC; sister, Ethel Patterson (Ralph), Riverview; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Norma Jean (Young) Upham (1967); brothers, Edwin, Ernest; sister, Lulu. No visitation by personal request. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, Sunday September 28, 2003, 1:30pm. Reception following the service.
