Elaine LeBlanc 1930 - 2003 Elaine LeBlanc, 73, of Residence du Marais, Dieppe, formerly of St. Antoine, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2003 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born St.-Raphaël, PE, she was the daughter of the late Honoré and Loretta (née: Gaudet) Gallant. She was devoted to her family and her religious beliefs. Mrs. LeBlanc is survived by her husband, Pierre LeBlanc of St. Antoine; four daughters, Joanne (Amand) LeBlanc-Arsenault of Mont-Carmel, PE, Barbara (Gerry) Arsenault, Sandra (Roy) Légère, both of Dieppe and Noëlla (David) LeBlanc of St. Antoine; two sons, Alyre (Debbie) of Oakville, ON, and Steven (Nathalie) of Boucherville,QC; three sisters, Rita (Eddie) Aucoin, Cecile Aucoin, both of Mont-Carmel, PE and Theresa (Adelard) Gallant of Cap-Egmont, PE; four brothers, Cyril (Theresa) Gallant of Kensington, PE, Wilfred Gallant of St.-Raphaël, PE, Raymond (Beatrice) Gallant of Scarborough, ON and Leonard (Patricia) Gallant of Toronto, ON; one sister-in-law, Elva Gallant of Mont-Carmel, PE; six grandchildren, Erika, Renelle, Karoline, Kevin, Simon and Jeremie; four step grandchildren, Christian, Denis, Janelle, Charles as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Marie; one brother, Alyre and by one grandson, Remi. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Sunday, October 12, 2003 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm and on Monday from 3 pm until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church on Monday, October 13, 2003 at 4 pm. Interment in St. Anselme Parish Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Donations to The Arthritis Society or the NB Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
