Merita M. Durelle Merita M. Durelle, 56, of Ivan Court, Moncton, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2003 at The Moncton City Hospital. Born in Baie Ste. Anne, N.B. she was the daughter of the late Placide Durelle and Melinda Robichaud. She was a housekeeper. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Ryan; son, Micheal Ryan; daughter, Mrs. Ziad Rizk (Shelly), Kingston, Ont.; grandson, Ryan Rizk, Kingston, Ont.; four sisters, Beatrice (Wayne) Savoie, Anne Marie (Oswald) Savoie, both of Baie Ste Anne, Rejeanne (David) Gulliver, Gardner Point, N.B., Roseline Martin, St. Catherine's, Ont.; six brothers, Renee (Peggy), Fernand (Connie), both of Hardwick, N.B., Rosaire (Evelyn) Gardner Point, N.B., Jean Paul (Lisette), Baie Ste. Anne, Dennis (Sanga), St. Catherine's, Ont., Perry (Debbie), Escuminac, N.B.; 10 nephews; 18 nieces. Resting at St. Anne's Church, Slumber Room, visiting hours on Monday 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2 p.m. until time of funeral. Funeral service will be held at St. Anne's Church on Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at 4 p.m. Interment in church cemetery. Arrangments in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi, 773-4321.
