James Winston Bulmer

James Winston Bulmer 1939 - 2003 James Winston Bulmer of Moncton, NB and Lower Sackville, NS passed away at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax on Thursday, October 23, 2003 after a heroic battle with AML at the age of 64 years. Born in Moncton, NB on October 3, 1939 he was the son of the late George and Carrie (Mullin) Bulmer. Jim served with The Canadian Guards Regiment from 1957-1960 in Pettawawa and Germany, was employed with Canadian Airlines and retired after 32 years of service. Jim and Inge were also owners of Bulmer Aircraft Services based at the Moncton Airport until retiring in 1999. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 43 years Ingeborg (Duerr) Bulmer; daughters, Karen Bulmer, Sandra Bulmer and husband Ted Pritchard, Ingrid Bulmer and husband Christoph WirthBulmer, and his beloved Nicker; brothers, Aubrey (Lilly) Bulmer, Vincent (Belle) Bulmer, and Edwin (Dot) Bulmer, all of Moncton, NB; his sister-in-law Norma Bulmer of Moncton, NB; nieces and nephews; and all his family and friends in Moncton and Germany. Jim was predeceased by his infant twin brothers; parents; and brother Reginald. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Tuesday October 28, 2003 from 2-4 & 7-9pm and Wednesday October 29, 2003 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Thursday, October 30, 2003 at 2pm, with Reverand Jim MacDonald officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. In Jim's memory, donations made to the Leukemia Research Fund of Canada would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
