Marguerite Pitre Marguerite Pitre, 100, of the Villa du Repos and formerly of Résidence Gamelin, Shediac, passed away on Saturday November 1, 2003 at the Dr.Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born January 30, 1903 in Ste-Marie she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Cormier and Exelda Bastarache. She is survived by a sisters, Léona Albert of Grande Digue, a grandaughter : Denise of California and by several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Maxine Pitre in 1969; a son Donald; seven sisters, Lucie ,Marianne, Mélina, Yvonne, Jeannine, Judith, Anna; seven brothers : Eugène, Ben, Adelard, André, Fred, Prospère, Aldéri. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home , 88 Church Street, Moncton ( 858-1900 ) with visitation on Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., on Monday 9 a.m. until time of departure 9;40 a.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday November 3, 2003 at NotreDame-de-la-Paix Roman Catholic Church, Moncton.
