Joseph Edgar Raymond Richard RICHIBOUCTO-VILLAGE, NB - Joseph Edgar Raymond Richard , 79, husband of Emma (Boucher) Richard, of Richiboucto-Village, NB, passed away at the Moncton City Hospital, Moncton, NB on Friday, November 7, 2003 after a lengthy illness. Born in Richiboucto-Village, NB on October 7, 1924, he was a son of the late Francois J. Richard and Edmée Richard. He was a fisherman and Mechanic. He attended Saint-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richiboucto-Village. He was a member of Richiboucto-Village Golden Age Club, 3rd degree Knights of Columbus council 7709 Richiboucto-Village, and member of the Centre Evangeline of Richiboucto. He is survived by his wife, Emma (Boucher) Richard of Richiboucto-Village; two daughters, Raymonde Arsenault of Rexton, Gloria Richard (Robert) of Cap-Lumière; one son, Alvin (Suzanne) of Moncton; two sisters, Evangeline LeBlanc of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Anna Mazerolle of Richiboucto; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth Richard of Moncton; one brother, Adelin (Rachelle) of Saint-Antoine de Kent; five grandchildren, Monique, Terry, Danny, Rachelle, Jean-Luc; several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by four sisters, Doris, Laura, Lina, Eva; six brothers, Leonard, Joseph, Raymond, Ovila, Emilien, Yvon and Henri. Resting at Saint-Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Richiboucto-Village with visitation on Sunday, November 9 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Monday from 2 to 3:45 pm. The funeral service will be held at SaintAntoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richiboucto-Village on Monday, November 10, 2003 at 4:00 pm. Interment to take place in the Parish Cemetery.
