Irene M. Arsenault 1907 - 2003 Irene M. Arsenault, 96, formerly of Weldon St. Moncton, passed away at Villa du Repos on Sunday, November 16, 2003. Born in Moncton, NB on October 3, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Abel and Annie (Harnett) Thibodeau. She was a homemaker. A loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She will be missed by her two daughters, Margaret Cormier and Maureen Vautour both of Moncton; twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; a half sister, Melda Campbell of Saint John, NB as well as nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred Arsenault in 1968; a daughter, Annie Meunier in 2003; sisters, Doreen (Steeves) Warren and Premelia Oulton; as well as her brother, Fred Thibodeau. As her personal request, there will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A Private Family Service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel with Fr. Peter McKee officiating. Interment will be in Shediac Road Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in Irene's memory to Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by her family.
