Jack (John Edward Andrew) Manderville MIRAMICHI, NB - Mr Jack (John Edward Andrew) Manderville, of Bryenton, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Tuesday November 25, 2003 at the age of 79. Jack was the son of the late John and Janet (Merrithew) Manderville. Jack was part owner of Dickison's Drug Store on the Miramichi for 35 years. He served as a member of the vestry, chapel warden; corporation warden of St. Peter's Anglican Church in Millerton. Jack was a member of Diocesan Council and a Synod Delegate to the Anglican Diocese of Fredericton. He was also a member of the Northumberland Lodge, #17 F & AM and the Miramichi Shriner's. Besides his wife Doris (Trevors), Jack is survived by one daughter, Margie of Miramichi and one son, Bob (Vanessa) of Halifax. Jack was the last surviving member of his immediate family, and was predeceased by three brothers, Lyman, Russell, Kenneth and one sister, Margie. The family will receive relatives and friends at Northumberland Funeral Home, on Thursday, November 27, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Northumberland Lodge #17 F & A.M. will hold a Masonic service on Thursday evening at 6:30 at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 28, 2003 from St. Peter's Anglican Church in Millerton at 2 P.M. with Father Douglas Barrett officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the St. Peter's Anglican Church Memorial Fund, Extra Mural or to the Palliative Care Unit of the Miramichi Hospital.
